The analyzer was designed to meet the needs of the control and product quality applications of industrial gas producers and users. It is an easy operating and cost-effective analyzer for the market in numerous applications.
The analyzer can be configured with many kinds of gas sensors with analogue output or digital output. It can be fitted with moisture, NDIR, IR, fuel cell, zirconia, paramagnetic, TCD and TDLAS sensors. We will continue to develop the application.
Gas sample measurement are shown on the analyzer display and can also be output to a 4 to 20 mA outputs.

The standard unit weighs approximately 2.5 kg to 7.0 kg and be configured as 3U, 19-inch rack, panel mounting. The depth is 360 mm.
HH-1600 is for general purpose uses and not for use with corrosive samples, so requires little routine maintenance, other than calibration which is essential for the accuracy of sample gas measurements.

For best performance the flowmeter and pressure regulator should be placed according the to the sensor required. The common diagram is as followings. Diagram 1 and 2. Please refer to the Table 1 of the specific analyzer’s flow diagram
