Description:
The liquid is delivered by the dedicated fleet of cryogenic tankers into vacuum insulated bulk storage vessels. The stored liquid is controlled at the required pressure by means of an automated regulation system.
If the customer process requires gas, the liquid is vaporized and delivered as a gas along the supply pipe. If the process
requires liquid, it is delivered directly from the storage vessel through a cryogenic vacuum insulated pipeline.
The size and type of storage vessel and vaporization can be selected to meet the customer;s requirement.
Storage vessels and high-pressure gas tube trailers can be fitted with telemetry systems to provide real-time remote monitoring of stock levels for uninterrupted product availability.
The vaporizing system comprises of main operations:
- Vacuum tank: Cryogenic liquid storage tank is for double wall, the inner material adopted 304/316 stainless steel, the outer material using Q245R carbon steel. (Liquid carbon dioxide for 16 MNDR inner pressure vessel materials manufacturing, shell made of alloy steel Q345R). It conclude vertical and horizontal structure, the design temperature is -196°C ~ 50°C, adopt the use of vacuum powder adiabatic or multi-layer winding insulation.
With the advantage of compact structure, low issuance date, small footprint, centralized control, safe&reliable, easy operation and maintenance.
- Vaporizer: The vaporizer uses the ambient temperature to heat the cryogenic liquid in the finned tube, so that it is quickly
gasified under the working pressure and heated to the designed outlet temperature. The big feature is that it does not consume any external energy.
- Pressure regulating valve unit: Pressure regulating device(Self-supporting regulate valve)
♦ Flexible process design, optional single way + bypass or dual way design.
♦ Low installation environment requirements, both indoor and outdoor installations are available.
♦ There are various choices of pressure regulating valve brands. REGO, CASH and other foreign brands and domestic brands are free to choose.
♦ Selected high-quality pipes, valves, instruments and pressure pipes must comply with the special equipment category
manufacturing, production and inspection.
♦ Front and rear safety valves and pressure gauges can be used, and precision filters can be set in front of the pressure
regulating valve for safer use.
♦ The equipment is integrally welded and formed, and it can meet various working conditions of different media through
decontamination and rust removal and cleaning and degreasing.
