Measuring Principle

At high temperatures, zirconia conducts oxygen ions to produce a current signal. When the oxygen concentration of both gas chambers is the same, no current signal is generated. When the oxygen concentration in the two gas chambers is different, the current signal is related to the oxygen concentration in the sample gas. The lower the concentration, the higher the output, the higher the accuracy and fast response. The sensor structure is resistant to thermal expansion, contraction and vibration
