Product Description
Water bath vaporizers are a special type of coil-wound heat exchanger. They are used in petrochemical and cryogenic plants to vaporize liquefied gases such as oxygen, nitrogen, argon, and natural gas. They operate in a load range from around 500 Nm³/h to 195,000 Nm³/h. Up to three steams of different liquefied gases can be treated in one unit.
Additional water circulating pumps can be installed for faster availability (less than 10 seconds). Alternative heating sourcessuch as warm water, electrical heaters or combinations of these are available on request.
As a heat exchanger, the air ambient vaporizer is used to heat low-temperature liquid or liquefied gas to vaporize it to a
temperature not lower than the design temperature.
The vaporizer uses a star-shaped aluminum finned tube with high heat exchange rate as the main body of heat exchange to realize the transfer of heat energy between air and working medium. The star-shaped aluminum fin tubes are connected by a central connecting piece, and the structure is stable.
In the process of work, no external energy is needed, energy-saving and environmental protection.
It adopts the advanced water temperature contron systems,and the gasification volume is very stable.The temperature of the exits is normal or designed according to the requirements of the customer.
