Impedance sensors：
The surface conductive layer (less than 1 micron) allows water molecules to pass freely into the hygroscopic active layer (1 micron thick).
When the ambient humidity of the sensor changes, the conductivity of the hygroscopic layer changes, and the resistance between the upper and lower conductive layers changes, and the sensor can quickly respond to the change in humidity.
The use of ceramic substrate ensures the stability and anti-interference of the sensor. Pressure-resistant, pressure-resistant. It can work below 30MPa pressure.
