- Stainless steel drive housing for extended pump life

- Monel suction strainer for oxygen compatibility (Customized)
- Grease lubricated, sealed-for-life bearings for extended operation
- Extended stem vacuum port with positive seal for improved vacuum integrity
- Intermediate purge connection allows for extended packing life
- Positive locking drive coupling for improved safety operation

Skid-Mounted Filling System including as below and the valve, Instrument will be installation and Commissioning in workshop /
1. HIGH PRESSURE PUMPS: Vertical reciprocating pump with vacuum jacketed cold end and grease lubricated crank drive Cold end materials are suited to pumping oxidizing gases such as liquid oxygen (LO2) and liquid nitrous oxide (LN2O). Discharge pressure up to 380bar. PD 3000 are typically used for 150, 200 or 300bar cylinder filling.
2. High pressure line control panels：
Available in two different execution:
* The Discharge Gas Control Panel (DGCP) for temperature and pressure control only
* The Buffer Skid for temperature, pressure, and buffer control
3. AMBIENT AIR VAPORIZERS: High pressure vaporizers with aluminium finned outer tubes and high strength stainless steel inner tubes for gas vaporization through ambient air heat exchange. Available in different sizes and flow capacity for pressure up to 500 bar
4. ELECTRICAL TRIMHEATERS: Electric heaters with power up to 90kW to warm up the gas.
Available in different sizes for pressure up to 420bar.

* A safety cage to protect the operator

6. Liquid Filling system: Complete skid with all valves and instruments to fill cylinders in total safety with the highest accuracy. supplies single gas, double mono gas or mixture filling systems and filling skid equipment are CTE or BAM approved for O2 filling and ATEX approved for explosive gases.
7. PLC Control system: PLC system can monitor and control all modules of the cylinder filling stations with integrated secured processes to reduce human errors. All operator panels are user friendly with high quality touch screen.
