Product Description

The world's compressor control and protection industry giant KRIWAN Germany began production of INT series compressor control protectors and PTC thermistors in 1966. The company has a long history and its products are well-known in the international market and are recognized as the best choice for controlling compressors. In Europe, KRIWAN's products are used on almost all compressors, with a market share of 90%.
The product has also been selected as the designated product by the world's major compressor manufacturers in the refrigeration industry, including YORK York, REFCOMP, Italy, Dorin Turin, frascold, BITZER, Germany Bock Blog Company, Taiwan Hanbell Hanzhong Company, etc.
Introduction:
It is used to monitor the compressor motor winding temperature, exhaust temperature, power phase sequence and phase loss fault in the refrigeration system.
It must be used together with the PTC thermistor to prevent the motor temperature and exhaust temperature from being too high.
It can monitor 1-9 series PTC thermistor values in the motor. If one or more PTC resistors are in high impedance state, the motor protector relay releases and self-locks.
Features:
1,The phase sequence monitoring function is enabled within 5S after power-on. Once the phase sequence is faulty, the relay switch is disconnected and self-locking.
2,After the motor starts 1S, the phase loss monitoring function works. Once the phase loss fault is detected, the motor is turned off; after 10S, the automatic reset is monitored again; if the phase loss fault is detected three times in 12 minutes, or 10 phase loss is detected in 24 hours. If the fault occurs, the protector is automatically locked.
3, If the PTC fault is detected multiple times, it will be self-locking. Phase sequence monitoring and phase loss monitoring are effective after power-on; once any fault is detected, the relay switch is opened and self-locking.
4,The power can be automatically unlocked after the power is turned off for 5 seconds.
5,This protector is not suitable for the inverter side.
